Cathal Crowe: I respect the fact it is moving through the Houses. That is important. Those four elements were coming from various concern angles. In Ms Hynes's time, I would like if IAA could respond giving a reason under each amendment as to why the IAA feels it is being catered for or why it should not be accepted.
