Michael Harty: I thank Dr. Ryan. I have a question for Dr. Duddy on the practicality of making an open disclosure in a timely fashion. Who do he believe should be present at that open disclosure? Should it be the principal team leader, a member of the nursing staff, a member of the administrative staff or all three, to have an even open disclosure in order that everybody will understand what is being said?
