David Cullinane: I know that. However, the money was allocated as a part of a €697 million figure but that is no longer the case. If the figure is €130 million, it is not factored into the €1.8 million of Covid expenditure. That is clear. This means the €130 million must now be allocated or accounted for somewhere else. Where is it being accounted for?
