John Gormley: The Ennis /Clarecastle Sewerage Scheme is included for funding in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2007 â 2009. My Department has approved, subject to certain amendments, Clare County Council's brief for the appointment of consultants to prepare tender documents for the scheme, and it is now a matter for the Council to arrange to have these documents drawn up.
