Leo Varadkar: It has been suggested that the programme for Government will be reviewed. It is of particular relevance to this House that such a review, if it takes place, should be addressed and debated. I am especially interested in the commitment in the programme for Government to eliminate the national debt, following on from a commitment in the Fianna Fáil election manifesto.
