Joe Costello: I move amendment No. 4: In page 4, line 25, to delete "inserted by" and substitute "as substituted by". This is also a technical amendment. It seems to me that "substituted by" is the desirable wording on this occasion. Section 3 of the 1972 Act was "substituted" in 2007, and not "inserted". That was the wording used at the time.
