Dan Neville: I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss the following matter of urgent national importance, namely, the findings of a study of mental health problems in under-18 year olds, showing the overall prevalence of mental health problems at 17%. The problem among pre-school children is at 12%, national school children is at 11% and secondary school children is at 24%.
