Matt Carthy: I move amendment No. 11: In page 12, line 14, after “law” to insert “and anti-competitive actions in the agri-food supply chain”. The amendment seeks to broaden the scope of the Bill and to clarify and to introduce the ability of the regulator to consider competition issues and so-called cartel-like behaviour within certain sectors.
