Michael McNamara: Can I make one point? As somebody who lost a very close relative in a nursing home, thankfully, before Covid was on the scene, I can only appreciate the enormity of their grief. It must be particularly heartbreaking for those families to lose them in the circumstances of Covid and to not be able to be there.
