First, does Mr. Fraser agree that one of the most disturbing aspects of this entire debacle, of which there are many, has been the breach of Cabinet confidentiality? I would appreciate it if Mr. Fraser could give a brief answer to each question.

Does Mr. Fraser agree that one of the most disturbing aspects of the entire debacle around the appointment of Dr. Zappone has been the breach of Cabinet confidentiality in terms of the information making its way from the Cabinet table into the public arena, thereby breaching Cabinet confidentiality?
