Rónán Mullen: The Chairman is entitled to have whatever discussion she wants in private if that is the will of the committee but other members of the committee who might believe that everything should be carried out in public are entitled to seek to transact the business of the committee in public. Would I be right in thinking that he would support a law requiring those providing abortion to offer post-abortion contraception? Would he support a law that would make it a requirement for them to offer post-abortion contraception, given that he spoke about how important he thought that was?
