Enda Kenny: The Tánaiste made an announcement that the Health and Safety Authority will examine accident and emergency units in hospitals throughout the country. In view of the concern that has legitimately been expressed about a number of these units, would it not be more appropriate that the Health and Safety Authority call to these units at a normal working time rather than conduct a pre-arranged visit?
