Hildegarde Naughton: The information I have to hand is that this financial instrument will involve an investment of approximately €40 million from the EU recovery and resilience facility and approximately €20 million of the Exchequer's own resources to provide an upfront payment for losses expected during the lifetime of the guarantee scheme.
