Jim O'Callaghan: I note that the one-off measure for undergraduates will benefit around 94,000 undergraduates, and in respect of postgraduates, it will benefit around 1,700. Does the Minister of State have any indiction of how many apprentices will benefit from the 33% reduction in their contribution fee, or is that information that the Department cannot specify with accuracy yet?
