Maurice Cummins: Senator O'Keeffe also called for a debate on alcohol abuse and spoke about the McAreavey and Harte families. Senator MacSharry spoke about the drugs Bill, which was promised last week. A number of Members did not believe that the Bill would be introduced to the House.
