Jerry Buttimer: To take up Senator Craughwell's point, one could be travelling at 100 km/h before coming to a 60 km/h limit at Lissard in Cork. Is there a thought process around going from 100 km/h in a graded way to 80 km/h and then a speed appropriate to a village like Lissard? It is a fair point.
