Vote 29 - Environment, Climate and Communications (Supplementary)
Vote 31 - Transport (Supplementary)
(25 Nov 2021)

Hildegarde Naughton: I would hope so. I will have to go back to the Minister, Deputy Ryan. There are similar issues in my constituency. People who got the walls pumped, minor attic insulation or minor works are now told they are not eligible for retrofitting or for the grant schemes. The issues that are being raised here today can be incorporated into future low-interest loans. Many of these people can...

Like every workplace there were health and safety protocols in...

Hildegarde Naughton: Yes, I have. We are working across Government on this. There are certain levers we can pull in the Department of Transport but we need to work with the Department of Finance to see what could be workable while not having any unintended consequences.
