John O'Mahony: Ms O'Keeffe outlined the function of the office for Internet safety. I concur with many Deputies' comments on the lack of awareness of the office. Can a parent, school principal or individual experiencing cyberbullying contact the office directly? Does it provide a helpline or telephone line? Perhaps this has been clarified already.
