Pearse Doherty: If the Ceann Comhairle will let me finish, I will do so. Is the Government preparing to introduce legislation to define small rural hospitals? My understanding is that the hospitals that will be closing or losing their accident and emergency services are actually quite large, urban hospitals that provide many services. Secondly-----
