Leo Varadkar: The majority of local authorities submitted their Restoration Programme forms on time. A total of 7 local authorities were late with their submissions and had their access to the grant payment system restricted until all forms were returned. There are no Restoration Programme forms currently outstanding and therefore all restrictions have been lifted.
