Peter Burke: This is a new section relating to the fair review of the original section 31, which relates to the SEA and AA requirements. The new section replaces the fair procedure aspect of it. Is Deputy O'Callaghan asking how the fair procedure would work? That is detailed in section 31. The steps are set out in detail on page 16.
