Seán Canney: The letter that I wrote to the Ceann Comhairle set out the grounds on which I and the Department understood that a money message would be required. The Ceann Comhairle has made a deliberation on that and a decision. That decision now goes to Government, which will make a decision on whether a money message will be given, based on the four points that Deputy Sherlock is talking about.
