Martin Conway: Sure. While we are talking about the HSE, Ms Clyne mentioned the recruitment embargo in her opening statement. It is very concerning that the HSE gave the IMO a commitment literally the day before the recruitment embargo was put in place. Will Ms Clyne speak a little bit more to the timeline and exactly what happened because that is a total breach of trust? It is very worrying.

I am not sure whether the terms of reference will allow the IMO to make a submission but, as somebody who represents the mid-west, I am curious as to the organisation's view on what should be done regarding emergency capacity at UHL.
