Joan Burton: It is specific legislation, it is probably the most important legislation we have dealt with, it relates to the governance of the banking system. Is the Taoiseach going to disclose to the Dáil the termination, severance and retirement package of Mr. Sheehy, the chief executive who will retire on 30 November? Will the Taoiseach make that public?
