Colm Burke: At the moment, the person has to go to a consultant first and then a GP can prescribe the medication.

Colm Burke: It is a problem at the moment because of the delay in the process of the patient getting access to a consultant and, in the meantime, there is a difficulty for the GP in managing the care.
