Enda Kenny: I was just looking at the Standing Orders of the House which state that on Thursdays somebody else will be substituted to perform the Taoiseach's duties. I am glad the Taoiseach is present and, obviously, it is for a reason. I do not know where the junior partner has gone. I suppose he is upstairs getting ready.
