Ciarán Cannon: Under the terms of the Primary School Transport Scheme concessionary transport is available subject to a number of conditions including payment of a charge which is currently €200 per annum. As these pupils are not eligible for school transport, under the terms of the scheme, there is no exemption from this charge.
