Gerry Horkan: I refer to the issues we had with baggage handling earlier in the year. I accept that Aer Lingus was not the worst in terms of what happened but there were certainly problems with it. What is the current situation regarding baggage?

Gerry Horkan: There are 100 bags. I presume they are lost on a long-term basis. Is Aer Lingus still finding lots of bags on a daily basis? Is it the case that planes arrive today but the bags do not arrive until tomorrow?
