Mick Wallace: They mentioned Tusla. From our small contact with Tusla, we would be convinced that it is seriously underfunded. It is almost a deliberate policy on the part of the Government to underfund Tusla so that everything happens at a much slower pace. To tell the truth, I do not see a serious appetite on the part of the present Government to bring in many people anyway. We have been abysmal.
