Pat Deering: The timescale for the appeals seems long. If one wants to submit an appeal, one has 14 days to lodge documentation, but is it the case that one may not hear anything for six months?

We have been awaiting regulations under the legislation for quite some time. The Bill regulates the relationship between producers and retailers.
