Leo Varadkar: The road mentioned by the Deputy no longer forms part of the N11 but was redesignated as a regional road.  The maintenance of regional and local roads, in its area, is a statutory function of each road authority in accordance with the provisions of section 13 of the Roads Act, 1993.  In this case the responsible road authority is Dublin City Council.
