Catherine Connolly: That is all I wanted to know in respect of the matter. The following has been said already but I have lost it because I have grown tired. When did NAMA become aware that the same two sets of solicitors were advising Cerberus? When did the witnesses become aware of that?

- Public Accounts Committee: Special Report No. 94 of the Comptroller and Auditor General: National Asset Management Agency Sale of Project Eagle (Resumed) (18 Oct 2016)
Catherine Connolly: I thank Mr. Soffe. Mr. Ellingham has said that if a company was trying to use the same law firm, that would alert him. I think that is what he said.

It would ring bells, would it not?
