Pat Buckley: We received a petition about a year and a half ago about unauthorised developments and Waterways Ireland. I was talking to the secretariat about it. Waterways Ireland was asked to come in this month but it does not seem to suit it. We met the Kenyan committee. It is a pity we do not have the same rules and powers as them.
