Rose Conway-Walsh: Mr. McKendry will agree it is important to have all-island accreditation. I know where it is in terms of the economies of scale and the investment that it would take initially. If there was to be a shared investment between the North and South, it might make it easier and might support the business case in a better way than if either jurisdiction did it.
