Frank Feighan: On promised legislation, I wonder when the national monuments Bill will come before the House. Our national heritage needs to be protected and regulated. As certain structures and sites in this country are of national importance and are certainly worthy of State protection, the national monuments Bill should come before the House sooner rather than later.
