Seán Fleming: I am concerned that all the money collected will ultimately go to the county concerned. People are entitled to equal treatment regarding services. What the Minister is saying is almost like saying that if there are more people in Dublin, they will have more hospital and medical services. All counties should be treated equally regardless of where tax is collected.
