I do not know why the group to which the Deputy refers has not been extended this facility.

Bertie Ahern: The charities Bill has proven to be extremely complex from a legal point of view and there are an enormous number of vested interests involved. The Bill, on which a member of staff of the Parliamentary Counsel's office has been working on a full-time basis for a year, is almost ready. It is a priority and will be published.
