Ivana Bacik: I am looking at that note on the decline in male wages. It does not say if the decline was at the top end or the lower end. That is a good question.

Ivana Bacik: We follow the British model of voluntarism in collective bargaining. We might come back to the point on collective bargaining when we have ICTU in with us in the coming weeks.
