Pa Daly: I am inclined to agree with the Minister. I remember having a case one time in which a woman was asked by a garda on two different occasions if she knew a certain person from around the town. She gave two different answers, namely, that she knew the person but also that she did not know him that well. It was quite difficult to prove.
