Leo Varadkar: This amendment arises from Deputy Timmy Dooley's Private Members' Bill which was discussed at Cabinet and agreed in principle by Cabinet. Much work has been done by Deputy Dooley, the Office of the Attorney General and my officials to get the amendment right. On that basis I am very pleased to accept it.
