Catherine Connolly: I agree with the Chairman's ruling. It is right in relation to fair procedures - end of story. It seems to me that the terms of reference cannot be set today. Very serious allegations and issues were raised by Deputy McDonald and others in the Dáil and it would not be right for the Dáil to conclude terms of reference in a vacuum.
