Peter Burke: The Department has established a unit to look into this. My job is to get this legislation through. MARA will be a major reform of the maritime area in terms of how it does its business, as I mentioned. It is a significant, good and transparent news story. In terms of the minutiae of what staffing levels will be and what budget it will have, that all has to be negotiated.
