My question was whether given what the HSE knew about what Grace had gone through when she was finally removed in 2009, anybody in the HSE said "Oh good Lord, good Jesus, we need to do something here. We need to provide extra care - extra help." It is a "yes" or "no" question.

I am asking that question because Mr. O'Brien said it was given when it was completed. If I cannot pick up on that, we might as well pack up and go home.
