Michael Healy-Rae: How have we gone so wrong that healthcare is available to animals quicker than it is to people? The Ministers are the Ministers for Health. I am not coming down on them but I am at the same time. An animal can be treated more quickly in Ireland today than a person. That is wrong and, to be honest, it is a reflection on the Ministers.
