Emer Higgins: Not really. While I appreciate that we need to engage, I am talking about meaningful engagement. I have been speaking to many councillors who feel their democratic powers are being potentially eroded by the LDA. We may be running out of time but if somebody was able to address that particular point and the development levies, that would be really helpful.
