Timmy Dooley: We are talking about data in regard to a Facebook member rather than anyone else who might access a site. When a Facebook member accesses a site other than one within the Facebook platform at a particular time, some data is created which is connected to them through their Facebook connection. Is that data stored, with the profile of that individual, in perpetuity?

Timmy Dooley: Perhaps both. Taking that chunk of data, in Facebook's opinion, who owns the data, that is, the data Facebook has collected in tracking me rather than the information that I have voluntarily posted? This is tracking data as much as anything else.
