Erin McGreehan: Yes. If I had a disability or if I needed a reasonable accommodation, at what point of the interview process would I say this? When do I tick the box to state that I have a mental health condition or whatever? When is this disclosed to an employer? We know people are not disclosing their disabilities. I refer to enabling people to feel safe to do so. I thank the witnesses.
