Pearse Doherty: Why not? The four leases expire in the middle of the year. If the OPW loses the court case, the Garda Síochána have to leave the office block and it will be difficult to find an alternative property that is suitable for the nerve centre of the Garda. I assume there will be additional costs. How does the OPW deal with the administration of all of that?
