Dan Boyle: I am afraid I will have to revert to bah humbug mode, although I echo the sentiments expressed by Deputy Murphy. The Bill, being a miscellaneous provisions Bill, misses several opportunities in terms of the need to examine and reform the Irish Medicines Board. This body is in its first incarnation and while it does much useful work, it has been involved in what was often needless controversy....
