Frank Feighan: We are in the middle of a crisis but we should note that the NTA has done great work in rural areas to provide a service, particularly where there was never one before. That fact could be missed because people are very angry about the current crisis. I see that the Expressway only provides 10% of school transport. What percentage is school transport in terms of the remaining 90%?
